My Futures By Design™ work is to provide you with essential principles to catalyzing greater futures, not only for yourself and your loved ones, but for our workforce and communities.

We sometimes forget the strength of our gifts and our character, I’m here to remind you of what is truly possible, so we can bring a new vitality to these challenging volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous times and look to greater tomorrows for us all.

Together, we have faced a collective crisis as we confront the worst pandemic of our lifetimes and a plethora of collective hardships over the course of Covid-19. However, every disruptive force has the power and energy to birth us into a new Self, one that calls upon our signature greatness DNA—the inherent gifts we each bring to the world.

The reinvention process that is initiated by change is not always easy. When any system goes through profound structural change, the stages are the same and you can’t skip a stage… although we all try to, which begets slushing around, going nowhere fast! No matter how hard we try to skip or rush through, We are thrust into the depths of what I call the “Canyon of the Soul” that then —if we are truly willing, propels us into new depths of uncharted Soulwork, a deepened engagement with our essential Selves.

We then re-emerge from the depths after bypassing our own unique internalized sirens & demons, with new insights and foresight illuminating the climb up out of the canyon to blaze new trails.

Every pandemic, major catastrophe, major breakup (whether love or/and work partnerships, requires we make the trek or die trying.

If you seek true radical reinvention, you have to want it enough…and have a compass and an experienced Sherpa to guide you and your enterprise along the Ageless Way!

We are reinventing the millennium and we have the momentous task of being true to ourselves, so we are more able to meet the challenges of these difficult times, like the pandemic.

As we express our authentic selves and trust the process, add value, leverage change, walk through open doors, and respond by holding a vision and recalibrating, we will create much greater lives together, no matter the dissipative forces we may encounter.

The hunger for freedom and innovation that marked every major paradigm shift is coming alive again in response to the growing environmental, healthcare and natural disasters, economic and social crises of our times!

Change-maker Boomers and trailblazing Millennials, the time has come again to reinvent our lives and the world. Seize the moment to harness this powerful evolutionary energy and make a real difference.
