What do you think are the implications of employers not embracing older workers?

Those who do not are not in the ‘real world’; as there is such a lack of knowledge workers and highly skilled workers able to fill the avant garde demands of the workforce and the marketplace.
These same employers are not bringing in the advanced level and mastery skillsets that they need for these times. And since ninety percent or more of leaders/employers are over the age of 50, it is telltale that they are not addressing their own ageism and the ageism in their policies. Their denial is going to negatively impact how they meet the emerging needs in the marketplace.
