How does your idea of “alignment during incoherency” relate to the “11th hour” we are in?
— Pat O.
Coherency means alignment. Co-HER-ency is an alignment that involves tapping the deep Feminine in all of us. Being Co-HER-ent is trusting the intuitive and the Soul-centered aspects of ourselves. When we can bring that out in all of us, we are shifting everything—no matter our gender.
You cannot make it to the other side of “Radical Reinvention™ without being coherent; you will die on the vine. This is when we have to be the truest. If you do not know what aligns to your Self and Soul, then you are not going anywhere– just going back from where you came. Carl Jung said, “What is true about the morning of one’s life…can be a lie in the afternoon.” Co-HER-ency is about responding to who we are today, in this moment and what the truths are before us.
When we lose touch with our Co-HER-ency, then we lose touch with where we are in space and time. How can we ever move forward from these “abnormal” times to a new and hopeful future? We must begin with what our truth and values are and what we are going to do to reach our aspirational goals and desires.
To be Co-HER-ent is to be in alignment with our values so that our life is guided by life-affirming principles that reflect who we are internally and how that is expressed in the world. Coherent action is one that is in alignment with our deeper truths and also is congruent with the world around us.
One of the challenges in life, and especially now, is to find out how we can take action in the world in ways that both align with our truths and the constraints and reap the opportunities of today.
This process begins with clarity about what we want and how we want to do it and fully understanding the parameters that will limit and expand upon our deeper truths. It is about identifying the skills and resources to go forward. This also often includes “cleaning house;” when we go through transitions, we must be willing to leave people, places, and things behind.
In times of chaos and crisis, let Co-HER-ency bring us all into alignment!
