I feel like I’m not consistent with my work and everyday life. Since the pandemic I’ve felt more and more drained, but with bursts of productivity sometimes. How do I address this?

The first thing I would ask is what is happening on your productive days that’s not happening on the days you’re feeling drained? If there is a difference, then what do you need to replicate on your unproductive days?
The pandemic (even though it does feel a while away) has affected all of us greatly. And even still now. We all want more meaning out of life! Have you lost passion for your current position? Are you overextending yourself in any area of your life?
Are your days draining because you’re not taking enough self care on those productive days? You might be too exhausted to replenish.
Your focus now: How do you make where you are now nourishing and nurturing? The rest will follow.
