I’ve heard the phrase “the graying of America” when referring to the fact that we now have such high life expectancies but are having fewer children. How can we expect our communities and society as a whole to shift? Will there be any serious consequences to this trend?

I think that this shift has already begun. It’s what my work is about: being ageless encompasses many areas of life, across many generations.
You can certainly expect that even more people will be prolonging their career life. And people will push the boundaries of what are “age-appropriate” accomplishments. Overall, your everyday life will change a little, but the economy, business, and the workplace will need to catch up.
I do not foresee any serious consequences to this change in age demographics. Look at this as a natural process that comes with an amazing opportunity to experience agelessness as a collective.
We all have more life to live and more opportunities to thrive!
