I’m curious about your thoughts on remote work. I have enjoyed my hybrid schedule. It seems to me that this has the potential to foster inclusivity, but it could also hinder creativity and collaboration if work is solely remote. Is WFH the new normal or will we return to the office for good eventually?

We have certainly learned that fully remote work is possible. I do agree that it is inclusive for age, people with disabilities, parents, and all sorts of different situations. Studies have reported that remote workers claim to have better relationships, as well as improved mental and physical well-being!
There’s something to be said about being in the room with people and innovating together. The hybrid model has the capability to have a flexible working schedule, with the added benefit of having an office for important projects and meetings. Research shows that half of all workers in the US would prefer virtual or hybrid working options and that 70% of workers that are fully remote would like to keep working from home.
It’s important to remember that visionaries are constantly evolving their way of thinking and helping others adapt to the current times and beyond. I think it’s safe to say that there will be a great variety in how and where we do business. It may still take some time to work out the details, but as trailblazers we’ve done this before.
Transformation is inevitable and the key is to keep up with it.
