I am in disbelief that Roe v. Wade has been overturned. I want to take action in any way that I can. What are some ways to get involved? Do you think this is any indication of further attacks on the rights of women and minorities?

I’m so riled up, enraged, and numb from waiting for the announcement. Now it’s in the open and we have unveiled the truth about the SUPREME COURT!
Women, along with the LGBTQ and minority communities, have long been at-risk in the United States. The history of oppression and suppression of autocrats and the far-right continues in our patriarchy. It’s been coming back to rear its ugly head for a long time!
What is important now is that we do not let this ruling force us to accept defeat. Because we are not defeated. We The People are powerful and we will prevail. This ruling represents the MINORITY opinions in the United States.

Voting is perhaps the most important right we have as U.S. citizens. You can also voice your opinions by calling your senators, participating in events in your communities, and donating to abortion funds. Above all, do not lose hope.
I unequivocally support a woman’s right to choose what to do with her body and her life. Now is the time: we must all demonstrate that the radical minority do not control the progressive majority.
