Time With Sands – Finding My Second Act Career

I have some ideas about what I would like to do in my second act but am not sure the kind of position that I want actually exists. How would you recommend I start researching the kinds of positions that might be a match for my next chapter?

The first thing is to develop a description of the kinds of positions you want with all your criteria and must-haves. And when you have that, start doing research online to discover what positions exist that are similar. If you are on Linked In, do a search using the same terms.

If you cannot find a career role that already exists that meets your parameters, create a title for yourself and let the world know what wonderful tools and talents you are offering.
