I have had an idea for a business I want to create for decades now, but I just never felt ready to take the chance or had the finances to back it up. Now that I have quite a bit of savings I feel I’m too old to take that type of risk. How can I overcome concerns that my age is a factor in starting my business?

My answer to you is to live agelessly. Your age should not determine your life trajectory! Don’t think of yourself as “too old” to start a business—think of yourself as primed and financially secure enough to take a chance at something that will feed your Soul.
Studies show that many of us will live to be 100! You have much life to live and you should be living it by following your desires and goals.
It’s estimated that one third of businesses under 3 years old are run by older entrepreneurs. Their success is attributed to their “human capital, social capital, and financial capital.”
If this is something that you’ve been thinking about and wanting for decades, then there’s a good chance that this is what’s meant for you. Do not let your age make your life choices (although in this case your age may be an asset).
Be bold and live Agelessly!
