My workplace has undergone drastic changes since the beginning of the pandemic. I have stuck with my company throughout, but I feel that we’re suffering from a sort of whiplash due to the changes the last two years have brought. The culture is way different (in a negative way). How do I begin to address these issues?

The best way to begin the process of bettering workplace culture is to share your concerns with your leadership team. If they’re unwilling to address the issues, then it’s time to move on.
Evolution is key for any business or organization to survive in our VUCA times and our rapidly changing world. Leadership needs to listen to their employees and take action.
The pandemic ultimately gave us time to reevaluate our lives: our values, our families, and our truest desires now are at the forefront of any decision we make in every aspect of our lives. We saw how quickly businesses were able to switch into a primarily work-from-home structure and how that allowed us more flexibility. This rapid evolution should inform a company’s ability to respond and change.
Workplace toxicity should not and does not need to be tolerated.
We’re shifting into a new paradigm where the needs of people and the planet need to be a priority, above any business goal or profits.
